Paying for travel services via us is simple and easy. Once our staff has confirmed your travel details, you will receive a privately addressed confirmation email. This email will show the exact cost of; hotel accommodation, tours, rental cars and any other service you have accepted on a standard payable invoice. When paying your invoice you must be connected to the internet and, have your card details, billing address and any security codes handy. A link will be provided on your confirmation email which, once clicked, will take you directly to your personal invoice for payment located on our servers.

Every paid service is 100% guaranteed "confirmed" by the supplier and the provision of the suppliers voucher/electronic confirmation transfers responsibility from us to the supplier in cases of non completion of contract. The relevant documentation will be forwarded to you within 48 hours of payment unless your arrival is within 48 hours, in which case, the documentation will be sent immediately.

We pre-pay all services prior to your arrival. Therefore, if for any reason you wish to cancel a previously paid reservation, the request for cancellation must be received via this email at least 7 days before your arrival in order for us to allow a refund. Please keep a copy of the email on your system for 30 days or until you have received the refund. Note: Due to credit card transaction charges and reservation fee’s we are unable to refund more than 89% of any deposit.
Regrettably, 0-6 days before your arrival we regret we will be unable to return your payment unless the same is accompanied by a Doctors letter explaining your inability to travel on the dates booked.

It is important to remember that for reasons beyond our control, cancellation of any flight tickets reserved via this site, we regret will result in a 100% loss of payment made to us and any claims should be addressed to the airline from which the ticket was purchased. The rules provided by the individual carriers can be found on the tickets issued or by contacting the airline in case of charter flights.
